Mina Petrović (ed.)

Changing fundamental social structures at the local level in the present-day Serbia is an understudied topic. In this edited volume the authors provide rich empirical evidence and on that basis identify the attitudes and actions of the key actors at the local level in terms of political participation, environmental protection, gender equality and the like. The conclusion is that this level of social change is characterized by an incomplete inclusion into transformation processes at the global level.
