Biography
He was born in 1963 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad in 1986, received his master’s degree in 1991, and his doctorate in 1992 at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade (Department of Sociology). He worked as a labor relations official in the Legal Department of the Railway Transport Company Novi Sad in 1987 and as an assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad from 1988 to 1993, and then went through all the teaching positions at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade (Department of Sociology) from 1993 onwards.
