Biography
Dušan Mojić earned his bachelor's degree in sociology in 1995 from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. He completed his master's degree in 2002 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where he also obtained his PhD in 2010. In 2011, he earned a doctorate in sociology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. He began his career in 1996 as a researcher at the Institute for Sociological Research at the same faculty. Since 2000, he has been involved in teaching at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, where he has held all teaching positions. Since 2020, he has been a full professor at this faculty, where he teaches the following subjects in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral sociology programs: Foundations of the Sociology of Work, Foundations of the Sociology of Organization, Comparative Sociology of Organization, and Social Issues of Contemporary Organizations. From 2012 to 2015, Mojić served as head of the Institute for Sociological Research at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. He has been a member of several committees within the Academic Senate of his faculty, as well as a member of the Council of Social Sciences and Humanities Group and the Council of Scientific Fields of Legal and Economic Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
Since 2013, Mojić has been a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He is a member of the Serbian Sociological Society, the Sociological Scientific Society of Serbia, and the Scientific Society of Economists of Serbia. He was a long-time secretary and member of the editorial board of the scientific journal Sociologija. As a researcher and principal investigator, Mojić has participated in numerous domestic and international scientific and professional projects. He has also participated in many domestic and international scientific conferences. He has published four books and numerous papers in collections (including those from domestic and international scientific conferences), as well as in domestic and foreign scientific journals.
