Researchers from the Institute for Sociological Research (University of Belgrade – Faculty of Philosophy) will participate in the upcoming ISA RC47 (Social Classes and Social Movements) webinar on 13 March, 2026 at 14:00 CET, presenting sociological perspectives on the recent student movement and university blockades in Serbia. The webinar will explore the broader social and political context of the 2024/2025 student protests, as well as generational dynamics and emerging forms of collective action within the movement.

The webinar will feature presentations by Dr Aleksandra Marković, Professor Smiljka Tomanović, Professor Dragan Stanojević, and Professor Jelena Pešić.
