The book studies internal migrations of the Yugoslav population and problems of modeling and simulation of spatial movements of populations. The aim is to define a precise and formal system of internal migrations in Yugoslavia that would enable both an analysis of relevant structures in parts or as a whole, and a probabilistic prediction of future conditions of the Yugoslav migration system. While the first section is devoted to expounding the available theoretical knowledge on the topic, the second section presents the author’s model of systematic monitoring of internal migrations in Yugoslavia.
